The News tab is optional, primarily for use with Live sites, allowing Library Administrators to communicate with Process Library users regarding library updates and additions. It highlights new and updated maps and documents and allows administrators to display headlines and short articles. In addition, it allows general users to provide feedback and discuss ideas.

Lists, and links to, new and updated documents in the current site. The library administrator assigns this status to documents: it is not related to the document metadata. - News
Short articles written by the library administrator. - Feedback
Comments added by users. Click on the Add a Proposal button to leave a short text comment or use the Like and Unlike buttons to show support for other ideas.
